Below is a list of current planning applications in our parish. Woodham Walter Parish Council is notified of planning applications affecting our area and will make comments on those applications. The Parish Council plays an active part in the decision-making process but the final decision is made by Maldon District Council.
Every planning application is considered by the Parish Council. The public are entitled to attend our meetings and there is a Public Forum at the start of every meeting where members of the public can make comments. Members of the public are encouraged to submit comments directly to Maldon District Council.
