Village Design Statement Explained

This is an archive of the articles which have appeared in the Parish magazine. These are intended to provide information which will enable residents to understand more fully the Village Design Statement (VDS) and how it will apply to any additions and changes to residential and other buildings, whether Planning Permission is required or not.

Topics include roofs, dormers, windows, external materials, landscaping, external lighting, special character elements, boundaries and garages.
